The 8th IASCBC & 3rd MAAC 2025 in Kuala Lumpur recently brought together experts and educators to discuss the future of anatomy education and medical innovation.

As part of the conference, Dr Hemanth Naik delivered a pre-recorded presentation titled “Transforming Anatomy Education with Imaging Technology”, highlighting how advanced imaging solutions and Virtual Autopsy technologies are reshaping modern medical education.

The session explored the growing role of digital visualisation, CT-based anatomy learning, and non-invasive imaging techniques in enhancing anatomical understanding and improving educational outcomes for students and healthcare professionals.

The presentation demonstrated how technology-driven learning platforms are helping bridge the gap between traditional anatomy teaching and the rapidly evolving digital healthcare landscape.

The event further reinforced the increasing global interest in integrating advanced imaging technologies into medical education, diagnostics, and research, proving that innovation can transcend borders, even virtually.
